BETR is always aquiring the latest items to make your event even BETR. Call if you don't see it here...we probably have it already!

Reservations

To ensure that your rental needs are met, we encourage you to reserve your event equipment well in advance, particulary for events taking place in the summer. We also, strongly recommend that wedding items be reserved at least six months in advance.

Delivery and Pickup

For your convenience, delivery and pickup are available at a nominal fee.

Setup and Take-down

One of our full service options is to provide you with complete event setup and take-down at a very reasonable cost. If you would like to arrange for this time saving service, please let us know.

Deposits / Payments

A deposit guarantees price and availability for a reservation. A 30-day cancellation notice is required for a full refund. Payment in full is required on, or before delivery.

For your convenience, we accept cash and checks supported by major credit card. Credit is available with prior credit check approval.

Loss or Damage

We pride ourselves on the excellent quality of our products. For this reason, please be sure that equipment is protected and secured from the weather, when not in use. Responsibility of the equipment remains with the renter from the time of delivery to the time of return. Please be aware that you may be contacted after your order has been returned, counted, and checked. There may be a second billing for additional cleaning, damage, or loss fees. We appreciate your cooperation in protecting our equipment, so your next rental will also have quality, well-maintained equipment.

Prices are quoted for a one-day event charge. All prices are subject to change without notice.
